Our return process
At Project Glory, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Here's how the return process works:

To request a return: Log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return. Click on "Request return" and follow the instructions.

Packing the items: If possible, carefully pack the items to be returned in their original packaging.

Use the return label: Print out the return label that we send you by email and attach it to your package.

Drop off the package: Drop off the package at a parcel shop or branch of the specified shipping provider.

Received a refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a replacement product if necessary or refund the purchase price to your original payment method. This may take up to 14 days.
Important information:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Certain items are non-returnable (final sale).
- We do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
